Shipping & Returns
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in the materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Products will ship between 2-4 weeks after purchase. Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
We ship from Vancouver Island via Canada Post!

Please wait 24 hours from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email before inquiring about the status of a package.
For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs fees or VAC taxes that may apply in your country.
If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the package. We will send you an exchange/return authorization form that must be filled out and included in your package.
Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any tags or packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
We will gladly accept returns on objects in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would like to return an object, contact us with your order number at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will send you an exchange/return authorization form that must be filled out and included in your package.
You may return your item for store credit or a full refund of the amount which you paid at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio – please make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing.

Please note that the items we offer are handmade and may vary slightly from those shown in our photograph. If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
We do offer products at a reduced price that are marked as ‘Final Sale’ and/or ‘As Is.’ These items are not subject to our return or exchange policies. If you purchase a product that is labeled ‘Final Sale’ and/or ‘As Is’ we will not offer a return or exchange for this item. Any order with a quantity of 20 or more is considered a special order and FINAL SALE. It will not be eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.
Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to any previous or post purchases.
